Christina has worked with Venetia Stifler & Concert Dance Inc.since 2003 as a guest artist while working concurrently for The Ruth Page Center for the Arts as the weekend building manager. Starting in 2021 she took on the role of Director of Artistic Operations while still working as a collaborative artist. She oversees everything from rebranding to finance to event coordination and more. In addition to her work with CDI Christina is a full-time performing artist. Christina has performed internationally throughout Italy, Austria, Prague, Mexico, and domestically in the United States. She is best known for her performances of Strauss’ Vier Letzte Lieder,the title role of Tosca, and Magda in The Consul. Her performance of Dances with Words and Music at Ravinia in 2019 with long-time collaborator James J. Morehead was recognized by the Chicago Tribune as “exquisitely played and sang”.
In addition to Christina’s performance career, she is the Executive Director of CCK Global Events and Design, an event design and planning company committed to creating unique, stress-free, and fun events. Since 2013 Christina holds the position of staff Soprano at First Congregational Church in Western Springs, IL. She maintains a vocal studio in Elgin, IL where she enjoys teaching people of all ages and levels, utilizing her background in both instrumental and vocal techniques. Christina received her Master of Music degree in Opera Performance from The University of Texas, and a Bachelors in Vocal Performance and Minor in Vocal Pedagogy and French horn performance from The Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University.
